You didn’t go to the shop to meet her but you communicate with her at all? If not, then she thought you were not interested.

She thought she was doing you a favour by offering to help you out. If you wanted her help, you were supposed to meet at the coffee shop, even if usually you work in the library. She was offering you her time but you didn’t take advantage of it. Now she’s a little miffed because you didn’t appear to appreciate the gesture.
