Not to mention that he cannot seem to recall important decisions/recommendations he has made in the past. He was against killing Osama bin Laden before he was for it. Or, something like that.

I heard part of his speech from yesterday on the radio this morning.

His huff/puff IS getting worse. I think it's congestive heart failure. That can make huff/puff and also brain misfires.

Based on his body movements, likely yes.

But it’s his personality disorder and lack of work ethic, morals, ethics, intellectual curiosity, or respect for government work that are most problematic.
