I did upper bleph at a surgical center withRostami in 2021- it was $4500. If I was to do it again- I would totally have it done it the office and save money. I was sort of awake and it was a breeze. I did not love Rostami but she was a good surgeon. It is the best thing I have done for myself.

Can you do lower bleph with just local anesthesia? That will lower the price quite a bit.
I did upper bleph about 10 years ago ( in SF) and it was $2500, in office with just a local. Aside from the reduced cost, I like to avoid anesthesia when possible.

I had a consultation with Dr. Zatazalo and loved him. He is easy to talk to, honest about what he thinks and NOT -salesy.
But, also not cheap! I think lower was about 6k and upper a little less. So, you'll be in for 12k+ after fees and anesthesia.

She did my upper bleph and I did not have a good experience. There are visible scars and her bedside manner isn’t good. She was rough, dismissive and harried. Not happy with it at all.

Most are between 3-4K per area. So if you were doing an upper and lower bleph you’d be looking at 6-8k depending on difficulty. And then more if you throw in a brow lift of course.

About 12 years ago i was unemployed and watching Dr Oz and he had a guest, maybe a nutritionist who talked about an anti inflammatory diet that if you ate only certain foods for a weekend you would see immediate improvement in your under eye bags. It was a mini challenge and it worked. I cant find a clip online but I remember grilled salmon, chicken and spinach. A lot of water, no dairy, alcohol or added salt. Far fetched but does anyone remember this? I was younger so it wasn't a concern but I remember the guests had positive results.

I'm PP with the water challenge --- I'm trying to drink 1 gallon of water a day for the next 30 days. Its the only change I'm consciously making. Will follow normal habits for exercise and food/coffee/alcohol but I want to see what happens. Pics online look like skin and eye bags improve, maybe a little weight loss. Curious how it impacts my body and habits. So far, I pee a lot!
