1) An 8 year old girl taking her 4 year old brother to the women's room

2) An 8 year old girl taking her 4 year old brother to the men's room

Those are all right except for #2. An 8 year old girl is too old to be in the men's room but not a 4 year old. I see dads take girls around 4 into the men's room all the time.

If the restroom is a single toilet with a door that locks, I don't think it matters.

I don't have a issue with an 8 year old going into either gender but the parents should be taking the kids, not an 8 year old.

Disagree. Law in most states says that 8 is old enough to be fine n their ow, but somewhere between 11 and 13 to babysit.

What?! So your 8 year old son uses the women's room instead?! That's inappropriate in my opinion. Plus, this is the reason for the very long lines at every women's bathroom and no lines at the men's.
