No, this is not the right age for a schedule. You're just going to make yourself crazy. You can have a ROUTINE, but not a schedule. Just hold out a little bit longer (maybe til 4 months?) and your baby will take fewer naps and they'll be more consistent. But really, there will be some days where the morning nap is 2 hrs, and some days where it's 35 minutes, and you'll just have to adjust.
Agree with PP that you might be happier if you do some babywearing naps at this age. You can successfully do babywearing naps for another month, if not two. That way you can get out a little, at least take a walk around the block, or maybe bounce on a ball and do some work on the computer or something while your baby sleeps.
