Well sounds like she knew she was going to leave even then. Honestly, I don’t blame her. She has given years to DCPS.
Then in comes this novice who doesn’t have a clue about issues at DCPS, who mismanaged schools where he came from, and who we know now the sole reason he was picked was because he is a yes person to the mayor.

The dysfunction is so deep that the dysfunction is not seen as the problem, people who fail to cover up the dysfunction are seen as the problem.
