I’m so confused. That’s a really close age spread. Your question makes no sense.

My three have a 7 year spread (approximately evenly spaced) and it’s great, no issues.

Totally normal. My kids are the same gap (girl, boy, boy). We just carted around the baby everywhere, and he had to learn to nap on the move. Best advice I can give is that you need to give up any ideals of a schedule for the baby if you want your older two to do activities (unless, like in the other chain, you want one parent to always be stuck with the baby).

2-3 years is a very normal age gap. Not big at all.
My two are 4.5 years apart (5 school years apart). They are currently 6 & 10.5. What exactly is the question? Their age gap hasn’t caused us any problems. In fact, it was much easier to have a newborn and a preschooler vs newborn and toddler.

When my third was born our oldest turned 4 a few days later and #2 was about 2.5 years old. We did have a nanny during the day as we were both working and our lives were pretty chaotic. Our children were always pretty decent sleepers and healthy which certainly helped. For many years our lives were entirely focused on our children and work. My husband would play tennis once in awhile but we never went to a fitness center. No book clubs, no boys or girls nights out. We had a lot of friends with young children and while we had a decent social life it was often with kids included. That being said we really loved those years when they absolutely relied on us 24/7. All three are now out of the house and we feel very good about what we did as parents. And now we get to play!

+1 to the eye roll. Dumb thing to say. Totally depends on personality not sex or gender. My daughter, for one, is not interested in or very helpful with younger kids/babies and gets really jealous of any attention they get whereas my son loves babies and was very happy with having a younger sibling.
