Anonymous wrote:Up 3 lbs. We spent 2 weeks traveling abroad and eating out every meal. So I’m pretty pleased with only being up 3 lbs. some of which is probably bloat and not fat. We were very active on our trip. Walking a ton and did a few hikes.
