I doubt their clinic can turn away single or gay patients without inviting a lawsuit. That baker case turns on making a cake is free speech but refusing to treat a patient is not free speech.

Sure it is, under the broad wording of that case. Doctors and pharmacy technicians have been refusing to provide treatment, contraceptive care, etc for years now. No different from a doctor who won't help with reproductive services for whatever reason. (I'm not saying I agree with this view, only that it is not at all a stretch under current jurisprudence.)

Actually his Christian based IVF is just natural cycle IVF that don’t have extra embryos that might count as “abortion” in hardcore anti abortion community. I think natural cycle has other benefits but he might see bigger market in more conservative communities.
