OP, you set up the boundaries of what normal and what not in YOUR family. I raised three girls (one still in school), and no, it was not normal in my family.
Oh please. Multiple partners at age 15 is a sign of sexual abuse or mental illness. Don't be so smug about your parenting. These cases are usually not about the girl's values but about a vulnerable child being exploited.
My best friend growing up had multiple partners at 15. She wasn’t abused. She was definitely mature for her age and really enjoyed sex. Went to college at 16, had a lot more partners.
No doubt she was sleeping with grown men at 15, 16. Which was abuse.

And careful. People say, "sex" and that can mean all kinds of different behavior. Having a relationship that has some sexual component does not necessarily mean they are having intercourse (of any kind)
Anonymous wrote:What planet do you live on? Of course 15-yr-old kids have had sex. Some have had more than one "hook up" in the past few months since they turned 15. This is not at all unusual or a sign of abuse. It might be, but so might be a 25-yr-old who has had sex with more than 1 person. And as for the people who think they are setting a family standard, you must know that your kids aren't necessarily on board with this, right? Why would they tell you anything if you'd set out some sort of abstinence code?
