The keto/protein diet folks are the ones with the problem. Crapping a compressed, dry, iron bar every three or four days, that's a recipe for colon cancer from reduced throughput, and rectal prolapse from straining to poop . Holding all those toxins inside for days isn't good either.

It is true that newer toilets need to be flushed multiple times. Kind of defeats the purpose of "low-flow" toilets.

No, those are the old new toilets. The new new toilets work fine.
