Absolutely, the only way to better soccer is by finding and finding poor kids to play.

Brazil is pay to play too if you aren't good enough for a pro academy and you want real coaching and instruction. You have to attend a "soccer school" that are run by former professionals who are milking it the same way that we do in the US.

Otherwise you can have a dad coach, who probably can do a decent job but is not paid to coach.
