Great numbers from your cycle! I was in a very similar boat with my first cycle where my doctors thought I might develop OHSS because I had a lot of eggs so they canceled my fresh transfer. I was really upset but it wound up being awesome to be off of the meds for a full month. I did eventually have success with a fresh transfer; FETs did not work for me. Wishing you luck next month!

By two weeks out I would think that any pain should have subsided- does it feel like a UTI? You should def mention it to your nurse. Also are you PGS testing? That’s a fantastic number of embryos to work with.

Congrats on getting so many eggs, OP! And honestly, I think it's a good idea to wait and do an FET. The FET meds/process is way less invasive and onerous than a full cycle, which I didn't really understand until I did one. My first cycle I did a fresh transfer after getting 24 eggs and ended up with OHSS - and ultimately ended up losing an ovary to torsion and miscarrying the otherwise healthy 19-week pregnancy 3 days after the torsion. Obviously that's one of the worst scenarios and is rare, but I sure wouldn't wish it on anybody. Ultimately did have DC via an FET and the whole process was so much easier.

Anyway, I know what you mean about it being more draining than expected; it is a tough road but I really hope you are successful on your first transfer and it will all be worth it! Sending hugs and good luck.
