An exceptional bag and shoes but no logos
Side leg pants great on tall women
Pencil skirts if slim Otherwise slim slightly above knee
Be careful with turtlenecks can draw too much attention to chest
Yes silk blouses
Skirt suites and pants suits in black, charcoal, dark brown
A good coat
No perfume or very light
A few interesting pieces (interesting bracelet ,scarf etc )
I’d do cashmere crew necks with pencil skirts and heels instead of turtlenecks

I think that's a little more individual. Christine Lagarde and Indra Nooyi wear all kinds of bright scarves, for example. Nancy Pelosi wears some bold chunky necklaces, big stone beads, that sort of thing. Some don't wear jewelry. I think the main thing is to avoid anything too obviously trendy and go for things that are more unique and individual.

PP here. I didn't mean you should avoid things like classic pearls because they aren't "unique." I just mean you should avoid something very obviously trendy with a younger group that you would see on the Instagram set.

+1 For many women this is a straight sleek bob. Marissa Mayer, Nancy Pelosi, Ginny Rometty, Anna Wintour, Katie Couric, all wear some variation of this, with the color and bangs and all that depending on your face shape.

Reiss is a good high street label alternative to Mouret.
