I think that's a little more individual. Christine Lagarde and Indra Nooyi wear all kinds of bright scarves, for example. Nancy Pelosi wears some bold chunky necklaces, big stone beads, that sort of thing. Some don't wear jewelry. I think the main thing is to avoid anything too obviously trendy and go for things that are more unique and individual.
