There are proven benefits to certain supplements for fertility. Folate, DHA, vitamin D3, Selenium. Some of the other stuff is not proven — no scientific proof yet about acupuncture for example. (Although absence of proof so far does not mean it’s useless)

I wouldn't go trying a bunch of supplements and expensive alternative therapies if you're about to go traditional route (I'm assuming you mean IUI/IVF). Messing around with a combination of things recommended online or through hearsay is not a great idea.
