How many of the kids who skipped school to support Greta Thunberg drive to/from school rather than take the yellow bus? Social justice schools should let applicants know that their indifference to their school bus will be used against them. That would be a fair and equitable 'hook.'

My town didn't even have school buses, so I had to go to a state school. Guess I should count myself lucky they even accepted me?

Possible her son is getting in trouble on the bus and she’s worried it’s noted in his cumulative file.

With increasing expectation that school districts will know where kids are at all times, the use of RFiD badges to track student "attendance" (ridership) on a school bus is certainly possible.

I'm not aware of any DC area schools using this system but it is surely only a matter of time.

I can't imagine giving any kind of Assessment grade for being present on a bus. What are you thinking about OP?
