I don't think that's a grand plan of the left; the right seems to be doing it without any outside help. Their uncritical approval of things that are ipso facto criminal or unethical leaves one without any other conclusion.

I turned off the radio when she came on NPR. I do not feel the need to be part of her propaganda tour.

I can't stand her. She thinks we are all stupid and can't see through her trying to not piss off Trump/the base while portraying herself as a "reasonable" Republican. Republicans actually in office have tried to walk this line and have failed spectacularly; that's why we are in the mess we are in.
