Same here. Not a funny show. And I don’t like when female nudity is shown in a tv show for women.

So true! I feel the same way.

Try season 2, episode 1.

Bad advice. You’ll cheat yourself of some of the pleasure of season 2.

They’re very connected! The bronze sculpture recurs throughout the series. And the stepmother is hilariously awful.

He is in Modern Love on Prime right now as one of the gay dads.

Wait, wasn't he Moriarty on Sherlock? I can get past the gay thing, but he's Moriarty. NOT HOT TO TRY TO KILL BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH.

And. My grandma (and everyone else’s) had a thing for Richard Chamberlain in Thornbirds, what else is new. Irrelevant or ads to the trope,.

Right. But he’s been gay for decades, and it’s widely known. He’s a popular actor in the U.K. And like Nico Tortorella/Younger, he’s obviously not straight.

I think women went nuts for him because of his accent and swearing.

It is a lovely lovely show. Season 2 is just superbly clever, and the family dynamics, and her sister’s crush and dad’s crazy wedding, and the fact that the priest is the only one who notices that thing (no spoilers!)

It is sad, you’re right. But it’s also thought provoking and lovely and heart wrenching.

OP here I think I am just a weirdo because I love her but it’s just so sad.
