Our Club's last practice of the season is Dec. 15th. They still have 3-4 regular season games and a tournament the weekend before Thanksgiving.
Anyone else done? I'm so jealous...ready to stop driving.
Your friend's kid is probably on a very low level travel team that only has access to grass fields with no lights for practice. When the clocks roll back this weekend, no lights = no practice.
Ahhh, no. We have turf fields with lights. All of our home games were turf and 90% of away. State Cup pushed some games back.
Why does everyone have to be an a**hole with these type of undercut comments?

Anonymous wrote:My DC had outdoor practice all year and the club did an outdoor league in winter that only cancelled if there was snow on the field. The soccerplex actually plows its turf fields. In winter practice was only once a week and games on weekends.

Only if you spend another $500-$900 for futsal
Not the case for Bethesda, they do have extra for futsal games, but winter training is in the club fee.
I feel like there should be a list for what a club provide. They all charge similar but the products are so different.
