He may not be allowed to date women from work, and he's maybe trying not to get caught by a coworker?

That said, I think he could at least say hi. It's rude not to at least say hi. I'm not dating anyone from my gym, but even the regulars I've run into outside of it will say hi.

If you want more, ask. If not, deal with it or move on.

Put yourself in the other person's shoes...this is an employee and you the customer are engaged with him in a conversation. Mid sentence, he waves and says hi to some other customer. How would that make you feel? Like you were boring him maybe? Certainly like you didn't have his full attention. This is your workout place but it's his place of work. He can't look at it the same way you do.

I guess from my perspective if I were the woman being hit on, and the guy waved to another woman at his place of work I would think nothing of it.

No you'd be in here stamping your foot, tossing your hair, and complaining that he rudely flirts with other women when he's hitting on you. Than you'd probably Ask To Speak To A Manager.

When he's talking to someone and not saying hi, is he with a gym client?

How does he react when you say hi? Does he just ignore you?

I would approach this by asking him - Hey, I notice you don't say hi to me if I come by the gym. What's up with that?
