My DD’s socks and shoes are completely soaked in water at the game yesterday morning.

She wore dri-fit long sleeve shirt and leggings but nothing is available for the feet.

A rain jacket would probably be too warm unfortunately. Even a breathable one.

I like the dri-fit heat and cool gear as well. I typically layer a compression shirt under the long sleeve heat gear shirt in an attempt to keep my child dry and warm if its cold. However, that being said that material is mean to wick sweat, not rain. If it's raining hard enough no matter what you put on will soak through. Has anyones used a rain jacket.shirt with a jersey over top? Not sure those would breathe enough and just make your kid sweat more, just a thought at this point.

You need dry fit longsleeve shirts and compression pants. If you have all day meets I would highly recommend getting 2 sets. What my son has figured out is he stays plenty warm while he is playing. The real issue is standing around waiting for the next game. If you are soaking wet and just waiting then you try to warm up for the next game it is extremely hard. So we have a second set (shop sales and try the outlet stores) so he can change out of the wet set in between games.

We have also been at an all day tournament in the rain where the parents gathered as much wet clothes as possible and found a laundromat nearby to get everything dry between games.
