Are these kids that are Black actually African American or Black immigrants? What is the population of actual Black Americans in Montgomery County?
I am the PP, It is a mix, I volunteer in the classroom is see the kids and talk to them. Some are legit AA who's families have been here for many years and some have parents that moved here from African nations that still have their accents, its a real mix.
