Subject: Nosy: Police Escort of 3/4 buses up I-95N
Bunch if buses last night on 395 going into the City. One if the cops who had the exit blocked said it was fir dignitaries who had come from Atlanta for a funeral.

Funeral is a great guess, thats what I thought at first but thought the funeral was held yesterday.

Different funeral yesterday. Today was the big one with Obama, both Clintons, Pelosi et al speaking.

I saw the group on I83 north in Baltimore. I'm sure it was for Rep. Cummings funeral.

It is not the Astros arriving. They were already in DC yesterday (the 24th) as they had media interviews here yesterday.
