Good choice, OP! I'm glad it worked out for you.

My daughter's 3rd birthday was yesterday and I was glad we booked an indoor venue. Her 1st birthday was unfortunately not fun because of bees (we booked a pavilion at a farm and didn't realize there would be a literal bee infestation), so I've sworn off outdoor parties!

Yesterday’s rain was abysmal. It was a pain getting anywhere let along actually staying outside. And I usually let kids play in the rain.

Drinks not drinks and before you say one glass of wine or one mimosa is fine and driving is not impaired, don't bother because it does!


Two parents are coming with most of the kids, plus some people are taking metro or walking, but thanks for your concern.
