Your question is quite offensive, asking if a comedy sketch show by women is a “good way” to learn about an entire diaspora of people.

+1 To celebrate Junenteenth the NMAAHC hosted a community day with lots of events. That would have been a good start for you. Look for furutre community events with a learning angle. There's a documentary. The African Americans: Many Rivers to Cross It won an Emmy, and it explores black history and black identity. If you're serious, how about you start there?

It shows a narrow slice of female, American, millennial/gen-z, MC/UMC black culture. It's very specific but still very funny. Some sketches heavily rely on gen-z pop culture references and slang, but if you are fluent in that then "Rome and Julissa" is a great one to watch. Even my gen-x a55 knew all the words.
