+1 To celebrate Junenteenth the NMAAHC hosted a community day with lots of events. That would have been a good start for you. Look for furutre community events with a learning angle. There's a documentary. The African Americans: Many Rivers to Cross It won an Emmy, and it explores black history and black identity.
