Susan here. I'm sorry this month didn't work out.

If I'm pregnant now, my DD will be 7 when the baby arrives. DD's best friend has a 6 year gap with her sister, and my sister and I have a 5 year gap. It will be ok. There are some good threads on DCUM with people talking about age gaps working out great.

ME here.

I'm already out this month because my husband was traveling during ovulation. He travels a LOT.

I'm also upset because I ovulated early, and I missed it on the OPK. I tested 2 days ago and got a faint line, but yesterday and this AM were negative.

ML again. So hopeful as my TWW begins. OPK went from low fertility to high to peak in three days, and it’s earlier than it has been since going off the pill 7 months ago. Other cycles I never felt any different around ovulation and this time I definitely did! If today was the first day of peak fertility, when would you do your first pregnancy test if you were a very impatient person??? I may have bought a box of 50 strips off Amazon last cycle...

Possibly a chemical pregnancy. Go for blood work to know for sure.

My cycles have been long and not regular, and wasn’t expecting to ovulate for a week. Started OPK testing two days ago and still negative. But I’ve had way more than normal EWCM so I’m hopeful!!! We start IUI cycles next month so this is the last chance before that. -ML

I’m the PP from the prior page who is on her second cycle of letrozole & trigger shot.

Currently 9dpo and having absolutely 0 symptoms so I don’t have much hope. But my bloodwork is next Wednesday/14dpo so I guess I’ll know for sure then.

With my 1st we got pregnant in the 2nd month but weren’t tracking or anything, and took a more relaxed wait and see approach. For some reason I can’t relax like that this time around and have been googling like crazy to figure out if we timed it right, what CM looks like, etc etc !!!!

I’m the same. Our first took a year to conceive, and he finally came along once we quit trying. Our second came after we did it ONCE! that month. Going for our third and I am a maniac. I need to chill.

My cycle is always weird so I never know when I ovulate but made sure to do the dance on similar days as I did my previous pregnancies. Crossing my fingers to find out tomorrow as that’s when I expect my period to come. I did get a pimple this week which is usually the sign that it’s coming so we’ll see. Promised myself not to test early this time as I TTC and only wait for a missed period.

I’m back - with my Aunt Flo Guess we’ll be trying again next month!

I'm sorry Monroe - it's so disappointing when AF comes along. I give myself permission to be as sad and self-indulgent as I want to on that day, and then try and bounch back the following day.

Long Cycle here, and just want to say I'm so happy this thread is more active! My period is about done and this month I'm going to use OPKs regularly, which I've never really done before. I was kind of half-assed about them last time, and I think I was testing too early and missed ovulation altogether. So, this month I'm committed to sticking with it.

Hi! I’m 39 and we’re going for our second. AF just started so we’re starting our 5th cycle ttc’ing. I had a chemical in September and oddly it gave me hope that at least I can get pregnant? Perhaps not stay but get? Sigh. Good luck everyone. Glad to have some support in this journey.
