Really? According to BMI for 5'5'' 114-145 lbs is the healthy weight range. I know everyone is built differently, but I can't imagine a goal of 125 is "too thin" to still be healthy.

125 is too thin, stick with 135. You can get rid of the apple and berries (sugar), substitute veggies.

I am small boned and not hard to go down to 125 Eating quite a bit more than you.

True my body does like this weight. I was 135 and could pretty much eat whatever I wanted within moderation. Droppong the first 5 was super easy but this last 5 doesn't want to budge. Yes this is purely for vanity, but 125 is still a reasonable and healthy weight for my height.
