Ditto. I have been wearing Jockey cotton most of my adult life. It fits well, stays put, and I like that its all cotton.

Full coverage under pants or a dress (i.e., the latter need to stay put)? Respectively, Gap Cotton Shorty or Bali Skimp Skamp. The latter are serious granny panties, but they don’t budge under dresses, and that’s not easy to find.
