Meh, pushed-to-the-wayside-celebrities (like Demi Moore) publish memoirs, cookbooks, and other kitchy books to try and make themselves relevant again...and to re-supply an income.
It generates enough buzz and brings back nostalgia for those who watched her in her prime.

Agree. I don't know why everyone is putting her down for doing this. If anything, blame the publisher who bought it! They're the real money grubbers. They could've said no, and helped protect her.

I agree with the bolded. She already had the whole marriage and kids thing. It wasn't very mature to think a 27 year old wouldn't one day want that for himself too. Then he grew up and did. I feel bad for her, and she's certainly entitled to her pain, but she wasn't looking at this from a very reasonable perspective. It's great that Bruce is there for her, but I can see how Ashton wouldn't after she made a huge public deal about being devastated and victimized when he left. It looks like he's doing the right thing by keeping things professional but not too close. It wouldn't be kind to get too close to her. She needs to heal and move on.

It's sad because she obviously had a horrible childhood full of abuse and neglect. I hope she finds a way to make peace for herself.

Actually it only feels like its been 10 years. It's only been 7. What Demi is doing is gross.

Nope. She has a raspy voice, but that’s not vocal fry.

I feel sorry for her. Agree it's sad she's trying to still seem relevant when both her exes seem happily remarried with their own families...

I find her interesting and fascinating. Amazing how she hid all of this for so long. Good actress for sure.
