17:46 again. We got ours in October, which has great weather for walking dogs. You'll need to find a boarding spot or bring the dog with you if you will be traveling. Rover is a great spot to find people who pet sit or do boardings in their homes near you. Good luck!

Check out Petfinder when you start seriously looking. We are in Nova and got our dog through Worthy Dog and they were great! Our dog was 3 when we got him. He didn't need any potty training.

If you get a housebroken adult dog, it can be anytime. We adopted Dog 1 in October, and Dog 2 in December.
