you could read the article and see what the record is - but since you obviously didn't: it's a record crowd for her. the point is that more and more people are coming to see her. 15,000 people is a lot. she doesn't have a previous career as a reality show personality so she's built this just from her political work over the last handful of years. it's impressive. and the crowds for her are growing.

It’d be an annual tax. So it can’t really be any more than the expected rate of return (obviously the expected rate of return ranges depending on the asset class, but let’s say that’s 5%). I really don't think so. She has addressed that before, she'll address it again. She is super calm and composed when she speaks in public.
