Top u14 teams from MD are playing in the Spirit United Kick-off in PA. Rush for the Cup and OBGC used to host those teams but teams are moving on.
different weekends- could play both.
Spirit United Kick Off is turning into a top tier tourney though- Rush for Cup wont ever get to that level.

OBGC Capital Cup has the brackets listed with schedule coming out later today. Even that tournament is struggling to place strong teams. DA/ECNL is part of the reason.

OBGC schedule has been out for a few days.

I thought Rush handled that well. DS is playing in it this year and the lack of communication is concerning and surprising. Accepted teams aren’t listed - that’s unusual. Brackets aren’t released less than 2 weeks out, and there’s also no indication of when they will be. Nor is there any indication of when schedules will be released. Age group coordinators aren’t listed on the website. What’s the check-in deadline? I don’t see that on the website either. Usually there’s a list of ‘important Dates’ that has all this info. It is frustrating to not have any idea of when I’ll get the schedule so that I can then plan the rest of my family life for Labor Day weekend. A number of the pages on the website still refer to 2018. Kinda seems like it is being slapped together.
Exactly. I can accept not having schedules yet...but the website shows no signs whatsoever that this tournament is really happening.
I looked three week ago, and there were a list of teams that applied, and a list of accepted teams...now that's gone, and all remaining references are to 2018.
So either the tournament is having serious problems, or they're being completely unprofessional.
Is your team in the tournament?
We're supposed to be.
