My smoothies are just water, kale or spinach, frozen berries, and a banana. I add chia seeds once it's blended.

I feel like your smoothie 2x a day is not great with yogurt and honey - too much sugar. Make sure you adding a healthy fat like chia or flax seeds. Fat helps your body absorb the vitamins (fat soluble vitamins) and is more filling. And the seeds have a lot of fiber.

Just throw frozen strawberries or blueberries in a blender with protein powder and water. Done. Don't make this complicated. And get more protein.

"local honey" doesn't change the fact that it's pure sugar. These smoothies are not particularly healthy, OP. at least cut the honey, with that much fruit you shouldn't need the extra sugar.
