wow.. I don't think I could lower myself to be this way. My DH makes about $200K (I make about the same if I work FT. I worked PT for a while for the kids and our marriage).
I'm pretty low maintenance, drama free, and slim (ish after kids).

Scout them out early! I met my husband at work on my first day. We didn’t date for a few years but I could tell he had potential.....in many ways but at that point money was low on my list because I thought he was fun, handsome and smart. So I asked him out. Now many years later we have a net worth closer to nine figures than eight. What I love is that he is still fun, handsome and smart and the money is just an extra benefit.

Easy on the eyes and easy on the mind. Make it easy - don't challenge them intellectually or take intense positions about anything. Laugh at their jokes, ask questions so they can talk about themselves. Good manners and flirty but not trashy. They need to be able to take you anyplace and you will look good but not talk too much.
