I’m confused. The children are only going to daycare two mornings a week? Where will they be the other amount of time? What language will they be exposed to then?

Speak to them in French. They will pick up English a little later on. I wish I was fluent in another language. Instead I send my kids to an immersion school so they get exposure to another language.

We have a bilingual Montessori preschool here in Kensington. You can choose french, Italian, or Spanish.

Switch to french now. My kids are bilingual and it was worth the effort.

Don't overthink this, OP. Switch to French today and never look back,

Not OP, but there's the French Maternal School, and Lycee Rochambeau.
