Only reasonable if the grout on the finish isn't sealed properly (like the grout on the late 90s tile in our bathroom) and will absorb water or mold quickly.

OP, yes it is reasonable. Landlord should also require that they wipe the floor clean or vacuum the carpet after each walk.

No, but at one point, my slightly obsessive friend wanted her elderly inlaws to do this when they visited her home. Then she got upset when they ignored her!

We squeegee the shower after each use. The sink gets wiped clean of hair/toothpaste/makeup etc but not if someone is just washing their hands.

Some people should live alone.

Clean and wiped out is not normal. I think sinks cleaned once a week is normal. I don't leave globs of toothpaste, but no way do I scrub the sink each time I brush my teeth.

+1. Drying the sink is crazy. We do, however, squeegee the glass doors on the shower after each shower (or the second shower, if two people shower in a row). If you let soap scum build up on glass doors, it can etch them permanently. Which is why I’m not sure I want to install glass shower doors ever again.

Drying the shower is a little ridiculous, but I can see asking everyone to spray/rinse the shower and sink after use in a shared house. Otherwise, someone will have to clean a grotty shower and sink weekly. (Which is actually what most clean families do.)

Unreasonable- even the squeegee

The rule seems extreme but I would say it would be reasonable to ask that the shower be squeegeed after each use and the bathroom sink surround wiped clean as well as anything in the sink be washed away, and the kitchen sink be cleaned after use. It's the drying that makes it weird to me.
