Well, I quit drinking three or four heavier beers a night, as I recovered from stress of my divorce, and I did not lose weight as I had expected. I don’t think the weight loss is so directly correlated to drinking. You have to look at your exercise and if you’re eating other foods too.

Working from home. When a meeting pisses me off or I want to procrastinate, I head to the fridge or snacks. Just started logging all my food. Having to write it down stops me in my tracks.

weekends. I do great during the week when I am at work and on a schedule/routine. Then the weekend hits and I even out my calories for the week. Positive is that I am really good at maintaining my weight. negative is that I still have 10-15lbs to lose before hitting my goal weight.

Chocolate. I love chocolate. A lot.

I make my husband hide it from me and ration it, otherwise I lose all control.

All of them! Boredom snacking, socializing around food & drinks, and desserts being the biggest.

Eating on the run on weekends and eating takeout. For example, on a Saturday I may be too tired to wake up early and make breakfast before my 5 year old wakes up, so I grab a granola bar or cheese and crackers to eat in the car while driving her to activities; then as that wasn't filling, I grab more snacks in between activities, eat a late lunch, then at dinner I decide there's no time to cook and pick up burgers or bbq from a local restaurant.

Not being active enough. I KNOW it is good for me and will help in all aspects of life. Just cannot get out of the unmotivated head-space.
