Some people have a very high metabolism, have you ever seen "the black widow" competitive eater, she is a tiny woman that can out eat men 5 times her size.

Is he someone who grazes but eats less at an actual meal?

I dated someone years ago who was about the same height and weight as I was, and I definitely ate more than he did. I was marathon training and he was VERY sedentary.
