They don't pay much, so their coaches are going to be poached by nearby clubs if they show promise and / or if the other clubs feel they can bring solid players over with them. BRYC lost several coaches between this coming season and last season for these reasons. 2. Space. BRYC is simply feeling the crunch of not having the space to accommodate their teams. BRYC will have to either downsize in order to pay fewer coaches more and have fewer teams on their fields or get wiped out.

Bryc will switch to DA after absorbing Metro United.
Why would they bother to do that?
They won't. As another response said, pretty sure BRYC is happy with ECNL.

We were emailed by coach about coming to a tryout, went, he told child to come again, we emailed about a date, and have not heard back. Very frustrating to keep hanging as we would have to give up money at current club to switch. We are assuming we should move on.

Good person --- wants his players to be successful on and off the field.
Good (not great coach) --- needs to sweat the details more.
However, he's an adult not a child like some other coaches at the club.
