Anyone can mail out postcards asking people to join, I think you get 99 post cards and regular reminders that you have not sent them. I am not a RealEstate Agent and have not sent out the post cards.
Probably true that anyone can mail. But it's not cheap.
So who foots the bill for the mailing? I can't people using their own money unless they have a skin in the game.
