That's why it's been on the market for 153 days. There is a huge oversupply of condos in MoCo. And, it's just going to get worse with the new accessory apartment rules, plus the overdevelopment in the County. So many condos/apartments for rent and for sale.

DH and I both work, and there is no way we could swing a 600K home. 550K on a 100K salary is actually quite high, and doesn't leave much money for college savings, retirement savings and student loan payments.
