These are facts. This is not anti-Semitism or even anti-Israel. We support the existence of Israel, we deplore and fight against anti-Semitic violence and slurs in everyday life. Just don’t take advantage of greater wealth and firepower to crush your neighbors, for God’s sake!!! Shameful.

Glad you brought that up, seeing as how there were Jews in what is now called “Palestine” 3,000 years before Islam.

With that worldview, none of us deserve to be where any of us live right now... I'm sure there were others living in the Middle east before Jews.
What an idiot you are.

Hilarious!

No one is being forced to go to the event. There are plenty of movies and books I disagree with, so I choose not to see them and not to read those books.
if a locality showed a islamophobic film would you say the same thing? Roger waters is a notorious antisemite

There are plenty of films bashing the Saudi government, including about the Kashhogi killing. No one has called for those to be banned.

No one is talking about banning the film. Simply that a government using tax dollars chooses to endorse it by showing it. I am Jewish, live in Takoma Park, and am ashamed of our town for doing this (they are also incredibly hypocritical showing anything by Roger Waters who is a known and active anti-Semite). The people who wanted this are welcome to show it on their own, but the government shouldn’t be involved.

Agree. I am Jewish and would be furious if my tax dollars were used to give an well-known, active anti-Semite a forum.

This incident in Takoma Park is an example: we have a well-known anti-Semite creating a film to criticize Israel, and it's impossible to separate the two. To what degree is his condemnation of the Jewish state driven by his hatred of Jews? The sad thing about this is that the Takoma Park alt-left officials were asked NOT to screen the film (by both moderate Democrats as well as Jews) due to its anti-Semitic undertones, and yet.....they went ahead. There is no question that anti-Semitism, or at least the willingness to overlook it, is common throughout the extreme left faction of the party.

It’s the minority though. You have tons of evangelical Christians who support Israel because of End Times, but hate Jewish people in real life.

Curious to know what your thoughts on Indigenous Americans are seeing how they were here loooooong before Columbus or the Mayflower.
native Americans came from Asia. As we are coming out of an ice age now there used to be a land bridge between Alaska and Russia

You’re an idiot.
Let’s try again...there were indigenous people here thousands of years before what is now called “America” so what are your thoughts on how those people got thrown out of their ancestral homelands?

Hucker is right. Why sign his name to something he knows nothing about?

Be reasonable.
