C'mon Dems--nominate someone who can motivate the middle. Win WI, MI and PA and Trump's done.
Those places aren't going to turn out for Kamala or Bernie.

Decent housing, food and healthcare, education for illegal immigrants at the border--that's most of the news on NPR most of the day.
DACA is the only issue Pelosi thought it worthwhile to filibuster.
If you point out that illegal means illegal, you're immediately called a racist--ironically, the WaPo had an article today about how a majority of MEXICANS think that Central American migrants should be deported to their home country.
So yeah, we're gonna lose. The debates were just horrific.

Speaking as a Democratic Indian woman, yes, this is one of my big concerns about Kamala Harris. I think that (in the 2020 election against Trump, at least) the country would elect a person of color OR a woman, but not someone who is both. Maybe it’s sad that we aren’t there yet, but it’s what it is. My other concern is that she’s too far left (or at least is projecting that she is) on race, immigration, and healthcare. And also comes off as insincere too.
I agree 100% with the column - I read it this morning and felt like he was voicing exactly what I’ve been feeling for weeks. My personal pick would be Amy Klobuchar - she is one of the few that hasn’t lurched far left.

Biden Pres/Warren V.P.? Could work. That's about the only combination that will (IMHO).
True. Or get Romney in our side and do Biden/Romney . Get some Republicans to dump Trump.
