OP here! This made me laugh!!!! I actually was a terriblely awkward adolescent and never once went on birth control for lack of need! Used condoms in college and early marriage. Started ttc soon after marriage and only used birth control for about 20 months inbetween dc 1 and dc 2 and never for inbetween dc 2 and 3. Got an ablation after dc 3. So all in all less than 2 years on BC.

Running tones my legs. Also hill walking on the treadmill (BUT ABSOLUTELY NO HANDS).

Dry brushing, bum bum cream and body blur.
and keeping away from sugar.

Op, I'm built similarly and have the same problem. It's not fixable but I find that dry brushing and lotions help to the extend. Not sure if drinking more water helps a bit.
I use Juergens natural tan firming lotion and pretend cellulite is not there

Trainer.

I would ask the advice of a traino. Commit for a few months and take pictures.

Not OP, but read above. Her ring size is 4. Kid size wrists. Has nothing to do with weight. Most Asians are small boned - get it now?

2 inches above the knee at your height? That’s pretty easy to cover with clothing. Just avoid short shorts or minis if you don’t like it. Agree with others it genetic and not much you can do

OP unfortunately there is not much more you can do for this than what you are doing. Cellulite is just fat and how it’s distributed in one’s body. Your body stores fat in your lower body (very typical for women) and there’s likely a genetic component at play here as well (because everyone has body fat but not quite everyone has cellulite).

The only thing you can really do is build muscle there to try to smooth out the appearance of the fat. Dieting won’t really help; you might lose some of the fat but not a lot. The catch 22 here is a) you can’t spot reduce fat so even if you lose weight you’re not guaranteed to lose it there and b) it’s hardest to lose it where your body likes to store it. My guess is with your workout routine you look well defined in your arms and torso but less so in your legs because it’s harder for you to put on muscle there.

My mom is built like this - she has always had lots of cellulite on her butt and back of thighs. I get it isn’t ideal but to a certain extent beyond what you're doing, you kinda just have to live with it.

Genetic. It can kind of come and go. I’m fair skinned so sometimes I’ll do a spray tan to semi conceal the cellulite on the outside of my biceps. I also have cellulite across the backs of my thighs.

Had the cellulite on my legs for 20 plus years, 3 pregnancies.

Noticed the arm cellulite maybe 10 years ago.
I’m 49. Officially menopausal. I work out 4-5 days a week,
treadmill power walk, rowing, elliptical and hiking and some swimming. I’ve always been active, toned and on the skinnier side.

I’m fairly fit and muscular and still have this problem, and also have awful ingrown hairs etc on the back of my legs, I think exacerbated by sweat and such. I’ve tried a lot to solve this but still a problem.

Fine bones or not you can’t fix cellulite. Thank k your parents for that. I am 5’10” about 200 lbs have had 4 kids and literally not a lick of cellulite. I work out with a trainer and she calls others over to check it out. Thanks Mom!

+1. I have similar problems. I’m also the same height and weight as OP. I think it’s just part of getting older.
