OP here. I have 1 kid but occasionally we take other people in trips so occasionally we need 3 rows. DH already has an off road SUV. I'm looking for comfort. No driving in snow. Budget is up to $30-35k, but I would prefer around 20-25. Thanks!

The only 3 row suv I have found that provides a legitimate third row—even my teens can sit there comfortably—is the Ford Expedition. Looked at everything else, with kids in tow as testers. That said, nothing hauls kids like a minivan. Odyssey or Sienna.

You can get a Dodge/Plymouth new minivan for around 20,000$.
