Was put onto this product line from an eastern Indian woman and couldn’t agree more. I’m AA with long, fine, dense, thick curls. I blow out and wear curly. Alterna works well. So does Matrix Biolage. Ive tried Rene Furterer, Keradtase (I like Lait Vital more than the orange curly line), Phyto (love thee jojoba and phytospecific lines), fellas (likes their glossing Creme more than the shampoos), Bain de Terre (Grean Meadows is great), Aussie Moist, Aubrey Organics, Giovanni Direct, MorrocanOil, Ojon, Paul Mitchell, Aveda, Trader Joes. Everyone had something good. But everyone doesn’t have something that works for almost everybody else.

NP Oribe is my favorite but I can't stomach spending that much. Like a PP I really like Verb hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I'll try other things (right now I'm using Living Proof No Frizz) but always end up back with Verb.

There is no 'best" when it come to a product like shampoo. It totally depends on your hair and styling needs. That being said, Bumble & Bumble is a great brand that uses high-quality ingredients and offers a pretty broad range of lines for a variety of hair needs. If you are sensitive to sulfates, though, I don't think they have any sulfate-free shampoos.
