This assumes they know or care about their impact. They do not.

Poor people have more kids and are usually less educated.

There will always be exceptions but this is a true trend.


That's pretty much the arguments that were made by the eugenics movement in the early 1900s. But it is also a fact that those poor children are disproportionately exposed to pollutants that the rich families (who are exposed to proportionately less) produce.

They’re selfish and want some thing to cuddle (yep)
No access to Bc (my recent baby was conceived as I was in between BC, and same for my 37yo done-with-kids friend)

-mom of three! (Last one a little surprise, now 2yo is THE sweetest thing I have ever seen)

I only had one kid. It was because of a biological urge. I love him dearly, but it has been a tremendous amount of work. My career and marriage have taken a hit. Glad to have my kid; not having more. Don't want to take care of more kids.
