I agree. This woman has significant issues and you need to establish boundaries that allow you to work professionally but not engage in any other way. It's not rude or mean as long as you are civil and polite.

It was a common expression in the late 90’s/early 2000’s.

There’s no HR. It’s a small company. I can’t complain to my boss bc she’s been there for years and like I said she hasn’t straight out said it to me. Only implied. But she might as well have said it
