They delay the release or release few initially so people are all worked out when the car comes out and grab anything they can regardless of features and colors. Step back, relax, give it a time, if you have something to drive, chill and wait, and you will be rewarded. You plan carefully what you want and need and when the prices will go where they need to be for you then buy. Do not compromise your standards and don't get carried away. Car is a big purchase so if you like certain color and features and model
do not settle for less because it is sad to pass those other cars on the road thinking that could have been you for the same money.
Also, why don't you just go to
https://www.toyota.com/configurator/build/step/model/year/2019/series/rav4
and build a car that you want and then order it with the dealership. They can offer you the same deals as for any other car like that they have.
You wait few weeks and then you have the car you wished for.
