If the woman was not a lesbian would you be concerned about all the late night and early morning texting and spending a lot of time away from work with her? I would because it would be annoying and I would tell me wife that. Having recently transferred the woman may be lonely and has cloned on to your wife. I think the odds of your wife wanting to have a sexual relationship with her are low but not non-existent. I would focus on the too much time/texting issue and not on the lesbian issue unless I had some proof as in sexting.

Uh, she was homosexual from the get go but dated/married a man because that was the standard norm for "good girls". It's the same thing as a married (to a woman) man who "suddenly" starts to have gay sex.

Heterosexual adults do not suddenly become homosexual and vice versa.

I do think this happens, a lot. I know several women who came out later in life after meeting the right person who happened to be a woman this time.

This is true. The real conundrum is whether you try to spin it into a threesome, which could encourage your wife further. If you don’t, you could miss out on that and your wife could still decide she prefers tacos to sausage.

OP ignore some of the immature dumb posts. You're a married couple and this is going on all day, and during what should be "family" time. Cheating or not it's a big problem. Not only is it a nuance, it's allowing this person too much access. Also, this is basically someone she doesn't know too well. As in "new friend". Another red flag is why would she befriend someone that is a single woman? Married couples usually stick with married people. I know we do.

Does she show you what they text? Most couple share funny texts or relate what so and so just said. Is she secretive? I would at least have a talk with her about cutting down after you both get home from work. Ask her to show you her texts then go from there.
